There could be some residual influences going on. I did log hundreds if not thousands of hours playing Diablo II in my youth.
Our last game went magnificently! We used modified Frostgrave rules with a Dungeon Master/Game Master. Allowing for a very story driven engaging scenario. The two parties stopped in the middle of their looting to rescue a princess - who was to be sacrificed to a spider goddess!
Little did they know - that the sacrifice was needed to prevent a demon from entering their reality... Ooops!
So I made a few new bits. The cage as seen previously (It looks much better after I threw some paint at it):
This summoning circle was a last minute idea that I threw together in a hurry. Just Puffy paint on a piece of clear plastic, liberated from my recycling bin:
Just like the portal before it - It looks amazing under black-light:
The appearance of the Eight Limbed, Demon was an awesome sight to behold:
--- Back to crafting ---
So I finally got the pieces I need to complete my big pyramid - after Hoard 'o' Bits failed me - I asked my Lizardman friend if he could spare some and he was most willing to part with them, for such a worthy cause.
With that being said... I still had to come up with another new project to work on so (I must have at least 5 projects on the go at all times!!!):
This was an interesting experiment. I just poured wood glue into a mould and let it sit for a day:
Might be useful for creating illuminating pieces.
That's all folks! I'm off to bed!
